Choose your stand

Select up to 3 stands; tap a stand again to remove it. Pick neighbouring stands to join them into one bigger stand: the price follows the total surface.

What's included

Stand technical details

  • Power: single-phase connection with one 230 V, 50 Hz socket, 1.5 kW.
  • Carpet: blue carpet on the whole stand.
  • Furniture: one table and two chairs. Extra furniture is brought or rented separately; tick the box in the form and we'll recommend suppliers.
  • Internet: a separate Wi-Fi network for partners. Need a cable at your stand? Tell us in the form so we can run it.
  • Back wall behind the stand. Happy to go through every detail on a short call.

Event schedule

  • Each day starts at 09:00 and ends around 17:00. Please arrive at least one hour before the start.
  • Day one closes with the Afterparty at Halo Events Center, inside Romexpo. You're invited.
  • Set-up: from Monday if you use the carpet and back wall; from Saturday if you need nothing.
  • Dismantling: on the last day, after the event.

Access & participation

  • No limit on how many people staff your stand. You send us an Excel list of your stand team: we print their badges (waiting at your stand) and create their accounts in the badge-scanning app for lead generation.
  • Invite clients and colleagues to the Tax & Technology Summit at no cost: they get the GoTech World and Tax & Technology expo and the Tax & Finance stage.
  • GoTech stages need a separate ticket: Standard, 159 € (Main Stage, AI in Marketing & E-Commerce, Business Transformation) or Content, 299 € (all stages except the Coding Area, which has its own ticket).
  • Guests who register or buy a ticket receive a code; at the entrance we print their badge from it.
